Based in North London, Red Wheelbarrow photography provide a full range of services in commercial and creative photography.

Our name is inspired by the poem "The Red Wheelbarrow", by William Carlos Williams.

The Red Wheelbarrow

so much depends
upon

a red wheel
barrow

glazed with rain
water

beside the white
chickens.

The poem is considered a prime example of early twentieth-century Imagism. The pictorial style in which it is written is said to owe much to the photographs of Alfred Stieglitz and also Charles Sheeler who Williams met shortly before composing the poem. We'll let you judge for yourself.
